Over time, our nervous system can lose its natural rhythm, leaving us feeling anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unlike ourselves. **RESTORE** is a deeply restorative one-to-one healing experience that supports your body in returning to its innate state of balance. Drawing upon Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, somatic awareness, subtle energy work, and intuitive guidance, each session honours the body's own wisdom and healing intelligence. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions where your nervous system can soften, settle, and begin restoring itself from within. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply rested. Others notice greater emotional clarity, improved sleep, reduced physical tension, or a renewed sense of connection to themselves. Every session is unique because every body tells a different story. This is not about fixing you. It is about offering your body the space to pause, listen, and remember the rhythm of wellbeing that has always lived within you. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, physical discomfort, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, RESTORE offers a gentle place to begin. Scope of Service These Terms apply to all offerings by Sarah Silver at SoulAra Sound and any other practitioner hired by her: In-person & online sessions Group retreats & workshops Frequency transmissions (Healy, TimeWaver) Sound ceremonies (instrument or voice) Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Theta Healing, Pranic Healing Akashic Record Readings, spiritual guidance, intuitive or channelled messages Conversations, coaching, & mentorship Messages By booking or attending any of these services, you agree to these terms. 2. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer All services are holistic and complementary, not medical or psychological treatment. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, you must seek your provider’s clearance before participating. 3. Mental Health Safety For safety of all participants, if you are experiencing or have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or manic episodes, SoulAra Sound offerings are not suitable. If such conditions are present or arise, Sarah Silver may pause or discontinue your participation and refer you to appropriate care. 4. Self-Responsibility By engaging with SoulAra Sound, you acknowledge this is deep energetic, spiritual, and emotional work that may surface strong emotions or memories. You agree you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and healing journey. You understand this work is not a quick fix, and lasting results depend on your active commitment and self-responsibility. Liability Waiver You accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes. SoulAra Sound and Sarah Silver are not liable for any emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual harm, loss, or injury arising from participation. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release SoulAra Sound (Silver & Co 2017 Ltd) & Sarah Silver from any claims. 6. Confidentiality All personal information shared is treated as confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken where required by law or if there is risk of harm to self or others. 7. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds All payments must be made in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed
