Service Description
Reiki is not something I do to you. It is something your body remembers the energy of, and begins to align to its purity. In a world that constantly pulls you outward, Reiki is a gentle return inward into stillness, into safety, into the quiet intelligence of your own system. During our 45 minute session, I work primarily hands-off the body. This allows your nervous system to soften without intrusion, without pressure, without performance. You simply lie back, receive, and let the field recalibrate you. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and have trained over 60 practitioners in this sacred art. Reiki is not just something I practice, it is something I live, teach, and continually evolve. I am deeply passionate about the evolution of Reiki in these transformational times honouring its roots while allowing it to expand, refine, and meet the frequency of who we are becoming. Reiki meets you exactly where you are. It supports: • deep nervous system regulation • emotional release without overwhelm • mental clarity and spaciousness • energetic clearing and rebalancing • reconnection to your inner calm There is nothing you need to “do” in a session. No story you must tell. No belief you must hold. Your body already knows how to heal. Reiki simply creates the conditions for that healing to unfold. Clients often describe feeling warmth, subtle waves, tingling, expansion, or a profound sense of peace. Some feel nothing at all, yet leave lighter, clearer, steadier. The intelligence of the energy works beyond the mind. These sessions are 45 minutes of intentional reset. A sacred pause. A remembering. Scope of Service These Terms apply to all offerings by Sarah Silver at SoulAra Sound and any other practitioner hired by her: In-person & online sessions Group retreats & workshops Frequency transmissions (Healy, TimeWaver) Sound ceremonies (instrument or voice) Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Theta Healing, Pranic Healing Akashic Record Readings, spiritual guidance, intuitive or channelled messages Conversations, coaching, & mentorship Messages By booking or attending any of these services, you agree to these terms. 2. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer All services are holistic and complementary, not medical or psychological treatment. Nothing shared is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or mental health provider about any health concerns. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, you must seek your provider’s clearance before participating. 3. Mental Health Safety For safety of all participants, if you are experiencing or have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or manic episodes, SoulAra Sound offerings are not suitable. If such conditions are present or arise, Sarah Silver may pause or discontinue your participation and refer you to appropriate care. 4. Self-Responsibility By engaging with SoulAra Sound, you acknowledge this is deep energetic, spiritual, and emotional work that may surface strong emotions or memories. You agree you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and healing journey. You understand this work is not a quick fix, and lasting results depend on your active commitment and self-responsibility. You agree to honour your own limits, communicate your needs, and participate from a place of personal sovereignty. 5. Liability Waiver You accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes. SoulAra Sound and Sarah Silver are not liable for any emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual harm, loss, or injury arising from participation. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release SoulAra Sound (Silver & Co 2017 Ltd) & Sarah Silver from any claims. 6. Confidentiality All personal information shared is treated as confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken where required by law or if there is risk of harm to self or others. 7. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds All payments must be made in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed
