Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is not about “fixing” you, although the shifts can be amazing! Really, it is about listening. Listening to the subtle rhythms of your body. Listening to the tide-like movements of your nervous system. Listening to the deeper intelligence that has been holding you together your entire life. In our sessions, we enter a space of profound stillness. Through gentle, precise touch and deep presence, I support your system to shift out of survival patterns and back into regulation, coherence, and natural balance. This work is subtle yet deeply powerful. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy supports: • nervous system repair and recalibration • trauma resolution at a safe, organic pace • relief from chronic tension and stress • emotional integration • deeper connection to your body’s wisdom • restoration of inner stability and resilience There is no force here. Scope of Service These Terms apply to all offerings by Sarah Silver at SoulAra Sound and any other practitioner hired by her: In-person & online sessions Group retreats & workshops Frequency transmissions (Healy, TimeWaver) Sound ceremonies (instrument or voice) Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Theta Healing, Pranic Healing Akashic Record Readings, spiritual guidance, intuitive or channelled messages Conversations, coaching, & mentorship Messages By booking or attending any of these services, you agree to these terms. 2. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer All services are holistic and complementary, not medical or psychological treatment. Nothing shared is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or mental health provider about any health concerns. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, you must seek your provider’s clearance before participating. 3. Mental Health Safety For safety of all participants, if you are experiencing or have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or manic episodes, SoulAra Sound offerings are not suitable. If such conditions are present or arise, Sarah Silver may pause or discontinue your participation and refer you to appropriate care. 4. Self-Responsibility By engaging with SoulAra Sound, you acknowledge this is deep energetic, spiritual, and emotional work that may surface strong emotions or memories. You agree you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and healing journey. Confidentiality All personal information shared is treated as confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken where required by law or if there is risk of harm to self or others. 7. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds All payments must be made in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed
