Welcome yourself into a safe place to heal. Bring plenty of blankets, pillows and anything else you need to feel comfortable, along with your water.
Be gently guided into a deep awareness of self, and be supported to see what is in need of healing at this time for you individually.
This is a deep and freeing process of self reclamation.
You'll be supported with meditaton, visualisation and music mostly in astral tone channellings.
Allowing yourself to heal in this way can be very freeing and elevating.
