About the Event
Welcome yourself into a safe place to heal. Â Bring plenty of blankets, pillows and anything else you need to feel comfortable, along with your water.
Be gently guided into a deep awareness of self, and be supported to see what is in need of healing at this time for you individually.
This is a deep and freeing process of self reclamation.
You'll be supported with meditaton, visualisation and music.
Allowing yourself to heal in this way can be very freeing and elevating.
This is a journey youll be delighted you took.
