Level one - Learn to self heal in this gorgeous one day training ❤️❤️
In this training you'll learn and foundational aspects of the history of Reiki and it's journey into your heart.
Learn about the energetic systems of the body and the relevant messages our bodies send when these systems are not balanced.
Learn HOW to balance these centres by accessing and using Reiki, and to apply a self care treatment daily for much greater health and wellbeing.
Learn how to be more peaceful in your everyday, especially when things get tough.
We will discuss and come up with good ways to deal with the TOUGH times, and how we can remember to use Reiki as a support to self.
