Welcome to Reiki Level 1.
This training is a sacred initiation into working with energy - not as something outside of you, but as a natural current of life force that already flows through you. Today we are not learning to heal others. This is such a delicious day of learning! Youll learn so much about yourself AND your ability to shift life and how it plays out for you!
We are learning to return home to ourselves, to connect to our own energy, and to cultivate self-care, balance, and awareness through Reiki.
