About the Event
Welcome to Reiki Level 1.
This training is a sacred initiation into working with energy—not as something outside of you, but as a natural current of life force that already flows through you. Today we are not learning to heal others.
We are learning to return home to ourselves, to connect to our own energy, and to cultivate self-care, balance, and awareness through Reiki.
Reiki Level 1 is about building a foundation. You will leave this training with tools to nourish yourself, to bring yourself into alignment, and to establish a relationship with your own energy system.
